F3K 2 - AsiaPacific 2016 Selection Trials
F3K #2 was the selection trials for the Asia Pacific Open (APO) to be held in March next year. The APO is an open event for anyone to attend, but there is also a team element to the event as well. Australia has now selected its team and Congratulations to 1st Jamie Cannon, 2nd Marcus Stent and 3rd David Milward! Jamie flew exceptionally well and had a convincing win. Well done Jamie!
NOTE: Entries are still open for the APO and more details can be found on the RCGA/EVENTS/F3K page. At the moment there are over 30 entries including teams from China, HongKong, Taiwan, Singapore and the World Championship winning New Zealand team of Alex Hewson, Joe Wurts and KevinBotherway. An event not to be missed by any enthusiast.

F3K 3 - State field
F3K 3 was held at the State field and for the first time since I can remeber it was not blowing a gale. A huge thanks to the Northern flying Groupfor the use of the field and for cooking an excellent lunch.
Congratulations to 1st Marcus, 2nd Jim (a great result Jim, well flown!) and 3rd Jon.
A fun day was had by all.
