Events

The State F3B Championship Contests is being held on Saturday 1st November 2014 at the KAMS Field in Oldbury, Perth. All MAAA registered pilots are welcome to attend.

The first round of the contest will commence at 9:00am sharp, so it's important that pilots are on site with winches setup and ready to fly prior to that time.

Please note that as of a week ago the outer field at KAMS had not been mown, the grass is high and there was still water in the drainage ditches. It may be a good idea to have some gum boots on hand. (Addendum - Grass was mowed as of yesterday but gum boots still recommended, also the fly's are now out in force so bring your fly nets. NM)

The format of the contest will be dependent on the number of pilots and also on volunteers to help out with timing. If we are able to run the distance task then pilots will be put into teams as per the selection trials earlier in the year.
